Abstract
As part of our contribution to a Cereal Community Resource, IACR-LARS will generate both a first class wheat transcriptome resource consisting of a collection of single variety high quality cDNA libraries, prepared from various stages in wheat development, EST sequences from 41,000 clones, a high density array of 10,000 unique ESTs, a high density gene knock-out array representing a 10,000 Mu-active plants and the continuing resource to both screen the arrays and analyse the data produced.
