Abstract

A hexaploid wheat BAC library of at least 600,000 clones with an average insert size of 125Kb will be made. This would provide a 99 percent probability of having the DNA sequence represented in the library. The library would be arrayed on nylon-filter membranes for screening. (Joint with grant 233/IGF12403.)
