Abstract

Three projects are planned: 1) To explore the mechanical properties of cell wall materials. 2) To study the behaviour of proteins at surfaces, including in the presence of surfactant molecules. 3) Modelling of food colloids and cellular materials will be carried out via computer simulation. (Joint with grant D06522).
