Abstract
The aim of this project is to improve the reproducibility, accuracy and precision of vitamin analyses in food. The work involves the use of intercomparisons of methods between European laboratories designed to identify and control the major sources of error and method improvement studies to investigate specific aspects of procedures. In addition, stable and homogenous reference materials will be certified for a range of vitamins
