Abstract
This DEFRA-LINK funded project aims to develop a low-cost on-line MRI sensor of food quality. This will involve testing detection limits, such as foreign body size, for food samples and types that have been prioritised by the 6 food companies in the industrial consortium. If successful, the project will lead to commercialisation of the sensor.
