Abstract
1) To develop and optimise an Evolutionary Monte Carlo (EMC) algorithm towards protein structure prediction. 2) To explore the use of minimal NMR distance restraints in the EMC algorithm to provide a fast and robust method for protein structure determination to complement existing efforts in structural genomics.
