Abstract

The objectives of this proposed research programme are: 1) To develop and optimise an Evolutionary Monte Carlo (EMC) algorithm towards protein structure prediction; and 2) To explore the use of minimal NMR distance restraints in the EMC algorithm to provide a fast and robust method for protein structure determination to complement existing efforts in structural genomics.
