Abstract

This project is joint with 208/AMG09886. The overall aim of these projects is to obtain the complete genomic sequence of Streptomyces coelicolor A3(2) by sequencing up to 360 cosmids that have been mapped to the genome by Prof. D Hopwood's group at JIC, Norwich.
