Abstract

This project will provide bioinformatics and annotation support for the sequence work in project 104/AMG10027. The overall aim of these projects is to obtain the complete genomic sequence of Streptomyces coelicolor A3(2) by sequencing up to 360 cosmids that have been mapped to the genome by Prof. D Hopwood's group at JIC, Norwich.
