Abstract

1) Synthesis of analogues of biological cells with defined surface affinity receptors. 2) Determination of parameters of binding of these cell analogues with affinity supports, and correlation with steric factors. 3) Quantification of effects of surface shear on retention of affinity-bound cells. 4) Development of models for prediction of binding kinetics in affinity cell interactions.
