Abstract
1. To obtain protein sequences of fragments of the vitellogenin receptor and develop oligonucleotide probes to them. 2. To isolate the mRNA and sequence the cDNA coding for the vitellogenin receptor. 3. To determine the dynamics of expression of VTG receptor mRNA throughout oocyte development.
