Abstract

This application is for the purchase of a Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorter for use by three groups within the Department of Genetics at Cambridge working on different aspects of mitotic progression. The instrument would be used primarily to assess cell cycle stages, and also to follow transmission of chromosome derivatives in cultured cells.
