Abstract
(i) to extend an existing, Windows-based, user-friendly simulator written in Aberystwyth, Gepasi, to add 3 important features (compartmentation, time-dependent parameters, optimisation); (ii) to apply it to the analysis and modelling of a variety of systems of biotechnological interest, including those under study in our laboratories.
