Abstract
To investigate the coupling between the binding of especially NADP+ and NADPH (but also NAD+ and NADH) and the binding of protons to bacterial transhydrogenase. To identify an amino acid residue that seems to be important in this coupling and to characterise mutants in which this residue has been altered.
