Abstract
1. Investigate the use of recAb-ubiquitinating enzyme fusions for in vivo antibody-mediated target antigen proteolysis - in planta opsonisation. 2. Investigate the use of thioredoxin gene fusions for facilitation of recAb folding in the cytosol. 3. Determine the consequences in terms of yield, stability and function of targeting ER-retention of recAbs.
