Abstract
The aim of this project is to identify nuclear encoded factors which are required in trans for the biogenesis of the cytochrome b6/f complex in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. Nuclear mutants affected in this complex will be generated using an insertional mutagenesis approach and the affected genes characterised.
