Abstract
To continue with crystallographic studies on this enzyme and to further develop its use in biotransformation reactions. Heavy atom derivatives to solve the crystal structure will be investigated by crystal soaking and co-crystallisation experiments. X-ray data on derivatives will be collected and used to help with the structural solution of the enzyme. To further investigate the potential of the enzyme in biotransformation reactions.
