Abstract
Equipment application for automated DNA sequencing facility. This will be used in a range of BBSRC, Research Council and Wellcome Trust funded projects to dramatically increase throughput of sequencing. Projects benefiting directly are those involving large scale bacterial and entomological genomic and cDNA sequencing to answer fundamental questions in molecular ecology, molecular evolution, micro-organism diversity and insecticide resistance.
