Abstract

Funds are requested to purchase a protein sequencer, a peptide synthesiser, preparative HPLC equipment and a centrifuge evaporator. These items of equipment will be used to establish a facility for analysis and sequencing of peptides, which will support studies of the biology of avian and bovine MHC molecules and provide input to a number of other projects in the institute involving protein biochemistry.
