Abstract
This application is for a contribution for funds to purchase a dedicated HPLC/mass spectrometer system which will be used for research in two major areas: (1) the analysis of chemically modified and post translationally modified proteins and peptides: (2) the analysis of flavonoids and other complex secondary metabolites in plants particularly those which have antioxidant and other biological activities.
