Abstract

Mammalian tissue culture is a technique central to a diverse range of individual and collaborative research efforts within the Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. It is crucial for an understanding of host-pathogen interaction, mammalian cell biology, immunology and numerous other fields. This application aims to provide an efficient, cost effective, central facility within the Department for tissue culture, to enhance already high quality research and facilitate new studies in areas of fundamental and applied importance.
