Abstract
In this project, I propose to investigate the rapid kinetics of InsP3-induced calcium release through the cerebellar InsP3 receptor. I also propose to investigate the effects of hormonal regulatory mechanisms, physiological and pharmacological modulators on the kinetics of this response.
