Abstract
To use real time confocal imaging to assess the morphogenesis of different regions of the vertebrate embryo. Three projects are described which examine the integration of developmental events leading to changes in cell shape and boundary formation and the coordination of cell communication with cell division and death. All projects require image capture over time and the assessment of large data set using multichannel 3D reconstruction and analysis.
