Abstract
Oligosaccharide heterogeneity poses significant problems for the production of recombinant glycoproteins. We aim to: (i) define parameters that influence the profile of antibody glycoforms produced by NSO and CHO cells; (ii) determine the profile of biological activities for individual antibody glycoforms; (iii) determine the influence of polypeptide chain in directing glycosylation; (iv) selectively maximise production of individual glycoforms.
