Abstract
a) To clone, sequence and provide a molecular description of the gene encoding the centriolar protein, Cenexin ; b) To define the cell cycle synthesis pattern of Cenexin and the mechanism by which it is sequestered to only one of the two centrioles in the cell ; c) The relationship between centriole construction and centriole maturation.
