Abstract
1. Determine the sequence organisation of Xenopus C/EBP family. 2. Investigate the DNA binding characteristics of Xenopus C/EBP family. 3. Determine both the temporal and spatial expression pattern of Xenopus C/EBP family during embryogenesis. 4. Investigate the developmental consequences of both over- expression and repression of individual C/EBP member.
