Abstract
1. To express and characterise a series of fragments corresponding to the N-terminal domain of the Pfl Gene 5 Protein. 2. To express the C-terminal domain of the protein and investigate its conformational properties. 3. To investigate the dynamics of this domain by means of mutagenesis and fluorescence. 4. To initiate crystallographic studies of the cloned DNA binding domain.
