Abstract
1. To use the expression vector pEE12 to establish stably transfected AtT20 and GH3 cell lines expressing pre-procorticotrophin-releasing hormone (pre-proCRH). 2. To establish stably transfected CHO-K1 cell lines co-expressing PC2 or PC3 and pre-proCRH cDNAs. 3. To investigate the endoproteolytic cleavages affecting proCRH synthesised within the systems used.
