Abstract

1. To characterise the chemotactic responses of H. pylori with regard to; range and nature of chemoattractants, sensitivity. 2. To determine if an MCP based system of signalling exists in H. pylori and C. jejuni. 3. To isolate chemotaxis mutants and genes. 4. To test isogenic mutants for growth in vivo.
