Abstract
To obtain a detailed understanding of the protein components of the plant cell wall, using a combination of large scale isolation of cell wall, protein purification, sequencing, cDNA cloning and plant transformation. The findings will provide fundamental knowledge important for crop improvement and processing properties of foods.
