Abstract

We present a case for the provision of a 400 MHz NMR spectrometer at the John Innes Centre, within the context of the Norwich Research Park's Centre for Biomolecular Structure and Function. The biochemical and metabolic pathway work at JIC requires such an instrument for analysis of proteins; Protein-protein and enzyme-substrate/inhibitor interactions and metabolite analysis.
