Abstract
The proposal is to use enzymatic modification of a complete library as a valuable tool for rapid enzymatic analysis, interfacing combinatorial chemistry to chip based screening. The research proposal describes a new concept that will allow the identification of the substrate specificity of any protease in a rapid and efficient manner. This method will be expanded into other areas.
