Abstract

A novel micro-array for haplotype analysis of genomic DNA samples, involving development of new strategies for (i) micropatterning of silicon surfaces and (ii) detection by optical diffraction is proposed. This device is to be developed for haplotype analysis of the IGF2 gene in population samples.
