Abstract
A team on the Norwich Research Park will be formed to deploy our combined expertise in ultrafast laser technology, nonlinear optics, fluorescence imaging, Green Fluorescence Protein mutagenesis, and metalloprotein biochemistry in a project aimed at improving and extending the new method of two photon fluorescence microscopy. New systems will be studied, new probes developed and new experiments designed, as described in the case for support.
