Abstract

To analyse the binding interactions between a single domain of protein L from Peptostreptococcus magnus and immunoglobulins by isothermic calorimetry. Detailed thermodynamics data will be used for the identification and generation of mutant species with favourable binding characteristics for the detection and isolation of immunoglobulins.
