Abstract
The project aims to develop a cell separation device, and involves the investigation of the attachment and removal of cells to and from affinity membrane support surfaces. The transport properties of the membrane will be exploited to allow effective contacting, controlled washing for removal of non-specifically bound cells, and optimal delivery of non-specific eluents for target cell harvesting.
