Abstract
A metabolic screen, on EMS mutagenised Arabidopsis, using HPLC analysis will be used to isolate mutants and elucidate the metabolic pathway for complex lipid biosynthesis. This has implications for the physiology, cell signalling environmental adaptation, metabolic regulation and stress response on plants.
