Abstract

To characterise peptides bound to a single type of rat MHC class I molecule in different genetic contexts in order to define selective differences in peptide transport by the alleles of the rat TAP2 polypeptide. This sequence information will be obtained by using electrospray ionisation with tandem mass spectrometry.
