Abstract

1.To develop novel techniques for detecting associations between receptors using fluorescence imaging of phycobiliprotein-labelled antibodies. 2. To investigate self-association of HLA Class II molecules and their association with CD74 in the plasma membrane of various cell types. 3. To investigate the lateral movements of HLA Class II molecules by single particle tracking.
