Abstract
The enzyme catalysing the final step in the biosynthesis of ABA has been isolated. This consists of two protein subunits. Using this information this project aims to isolate and characterise corresponding cDNAs. These will be used to provide information on the nature of the enzyme involved. They will also be used to characterise the nature of two ABA mutants, ie flacca and sitiens.
