Abstract

The database of detailed three-dimensional structural information on large nuclei acid molecules is expanding rapidly. These macromolecules play key roles in biology. We propose to develop and evaluate three-dimensional substructure searching facilities for this crucial class of molecules by building upon our graph theory based protein sidechain- matching methods.
