Abstract

Conjugates of deltaTIMP-2, an active domain of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 will be synthesised and their tissue selectively assessed in vitro and in tumour bearing mice, with a view to design of tissue-selective cytotoxic and anti-inflammatory drug delivery agents and radiopharmaceuticals.
