Abstract

The aims of the bioinformatics group at the Roslin Institute are to develop user-friendly software for data storage, analysis, interpretation and display - to research new approaches and applications of key technologies to bioinformatics, particularly those that enable the integration of previously distinct data sources into combined analyses appropriate software developed at Roslin or by third parties by the worldwide farmed and domestic animal genome mapping projects Animal Genome database.
