Abstract
This project aims to contribute to the larger initiative of human embryonic stem (hES) cell biology within the Edinburgh area. Specifically established hES cells from Cellartis will be resuscitated and expanded. These cells will be stably transfected with reporter gene constructs for use in collaborators labs. This work will support a DTI collaborative project.
