Abstract
We are working as part of the Genomic Arabidopsis Resource Network (GARNet) to provide gene identification services to the UK plant science community. Our part of the programme is to construct new large-insert clone libraries using vectors that can be used for Agrobacterium-mediated gene transfer. We then use hybridization probes supplied by scientists to identify corresponding clones, which we send to them.
