Abstract
This project involves isolation and preliminary characterisation of phyA signalling mutants of Arabidopsis from T-DNA (ptr 6), EMS, radiation mutagenised lines. Characterisation will include complementation analysis, identification of genetic loci involved, epistasis experiments, clone tagged alleles, detailed photophysiological comparison of muntant phenotypes (ptrs 6/7).
