Abstract

This RO within the Network will focus on the cereal genome related data collected in wheat, barley, rice, maize, pearl millet (already in the UK database MilletGenes), foxtail millet and finger millet using a form of GrainGenes. In addition to the DNA probes and primer resources and maps, the data will include QTL results (using a common format across the Network), for application by the comparative front-end (GrassGenes).
