Abstract

As part of this cell signalling initiative we are investigating the interaction between cell signalling enzymes and the cytoskeleton. First, we are studying the a phosphoinositide metabolism enzymes with the detergent-resistant framework. Second, we are studying how components, such as profilin, affect the function of the skeleton.
