Abstract
This project encompasses both support and research in the fields of bioinformatics and systems biology, and includes collaborations with scientists across the spectrum of IAH's science, both diagnostic and fundamental research. There are five basic themes, often applied to both pathogen and host. These are: genome annotation and gene prediction; functional genomics and transcriptomics; comparative genomics; proteomics data analysis; and modelling of host-pathogen interactions.
