Abstract

1. determine class II peptide motifs; 2. determine class I motifs from other MHC haplotypes; 3. determine role of MHC in response to certain selected diseases caused by infectious pathogens (for instance, IBV); 4. determine role of MHC in response to certain selected vaccines (for instance, IBDV VP2 in fowlpox vector and killed viral vaccines); 5. determine role of MHC in complex genetic phenomena involving interactions between loci.
